South Coastal's Newest Church Planting Team
​Gray Community Church, Georgia

We are Josh and Jordan Echols and we are excited to be church planting with the South Coastal District this year in Gray, Ga! We have been married for four years, and have one son named David. As a family, we love to be outside and eat Chickfila! We have been in ministry for a combined 18 years. We love the local church and have a passion for reaching the lost! 

We plan to move to Gray/Jones County in June 2022 to plant Gray Community Church, a place to know God and make God known. Almost 80% of Jones County is not apart of a faith community. We long to lower that statistic by reaching more people for Christ in Jones County. Our God sized dream is to multiply into the surrounding towns such as, Macon, Milledgeville, Forsyth, and Warner Robins. We are so excited about this journey God has called us on, and are hopeful for life transformation in Middle Georgia!

 We covet your prayers as we follow God’s call on our lives to go plant and make disciples. Some specific ways you can be praying for us right now are:

1. Housing — The market in Jones County is difficult. Pray God will open the right door for a house for us to live in.
2. 100 Praying Partners — We are well on our way to having 100 praying partners, but are praying that God will cross our paths with prayer warriors.
3. Favor with Financial Partners — We are praying for God to grant us favor with people who are generous and will sow a seed into God’s mission in Jones County.
4. Connections in Jones County — We are praying for divine meetings/interactions with those in the community who are suppose to join us on this journey!
