Huddles consist of small groups of pastors gathering to increase their self-awareness, develop their ministry skills, and generate new ideas in a climate of mutual support and accountability.  

Huddles are available to all pastors serving in a South Coastal District Church who are willing to commit to growth and fulfilling the covenant requirements. These are opt-in meetings for those who take their growth and development as a pastor and leader,

Huddles meet regularly across the district. Participants discuss their victories and challenges, and help each other discover ways to improve personally and in ministry.
